Nacho Dip

Inspiration borrowed from Mum, who borrowed it from Melissa

People required to devour: 4-6

 

250g Light cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/2 cup light sour cream

1 avocado, peeled and mashed

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon lemon juice

375g jar tomato salsa

1/2 cheese, grated

 

  1. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spoon into a large (8 cup) serving dish.

  2. Combine avocado, garlic and lemon juice and spread over cream cheese mixture.

  3. Top with a layer of salsa and finish with cheese. Serve with corn chips.
